Columbia Museum of Art Homeschool Classes
Registration is required and classes fill fast.

Parents and home-schooled children can choose to book a K-12 tour program (FIELD TRIP!) or they can attend One Room Schoolhouse.
One Room Schoolhouse is designed especially for home-schooled children ages 4 and up and their parents. This program combines an exploration of the galleries with a creative activity in the studio. Programs take place in the mornings and afternoons on the second Friday of each month, September through May. Parents are responsible for the care and supervision of children.
One adult and one child is $48 or $24 for members* for the season. Each additional child is $12 (limit 3 children per adult).
Free admission every Sunday.

SC State Museum Homeschool Fridays

To make a reservation or for more information on programs, call (803) 898-4999 or email groupvisits@scmuseum.org
***Remember the State Museum is free to homeschoolers. You'll need to register with the museum and present your homeschool association proof of membership.

Riverbanks Zoo Homeschool Programs
Each month is a new set of classes that will focus on a particular topic, include hands-on activities and feature live animal encounters or guided Zoo tours. Classes are repeated each Monday of the month. Topics change monthly so you can visit again and again!

Programs are offered most Mondays of each month, September through May, at 9:30am for the 5- to 7-year-old program, 10:45am for the 8- to 10 year-old program, and 12:00pm for the 11- to 13-year-old program.  Programs are 45 minutes.

Registration is required. Visit website for schedule and more details.
